Summary
This study tests a new pacing method called left bundle branch area pacing for people with heart failure whose heart pumps less blood than normal (ejection fraction 50% or lower). It is for patients who cannot get standard pacing or need a backup option. The goal is to see if this method is safe and works well to improve heart function. About 200 adults will take part.
