This study looks at whether a heart procedure called left atrial occlusion can help patients who have both atrial fibrillation (an irregular heartbeat) and radiation cystitis (bladder inflammation from cancer treatment). These patients often take blood thinners to prevent strokes, but the thinners increase the risk of bladder bleeding. The procedure involves placing a small device in the heart to prevent clots, allowing patients to stop blood thinners. Researchers will track how many bleeding episodes occur over three years in 40 participants.
