New hope for hard-to-treat myeloma: three-drug combo enters phase 2 trial

Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether adding leflunomide to the standard drugs pomalidomide and dexamethasone can better control multiple myeloma that has come back or is resistant to treatment. About 29 adults with relapsed or refractory myeloma will receive the three-drug combination. The goal is to see if the new mix improves response rates while keeping side effects manageable.
