New hope for tough myeloma: Three-Drug combo trial launches

Summary
This study tests whether adding leflunomide to two standard drugs (pomalidomide and dexamethasone) can better control multiple myeloma that has come back or is resistant to treatment. About 29 adults with this type of blood cancer will receive the three-drug combination. The goal is to see if more patients respond and to check for side effects.
