Summary

This early-phase trial is testing a new treatment called LauT-1 for people with advanced melanoma or sarcoma that has not responded to standard therapies. LauT-1 is made by taking a patient's own immune cells, modifying them in a lab to better recognize and attack their cancer, and then infusing them back.
