NCT ID NCT06827015
Summary
This study tested whether a fun activity called laughter yoga could help schoolchildren manage anger and feel happier. Researchers worked with 96 kids aged 8-11 who showed signs of high anger and low well-being. The children were randomly assigned to either try laughter yoga sessions or wait, and their emotions were tracked for a month to see if the playful exercises made a difference.
