Summary
This study looked at whether laughter yoga can reduce anger and improve well-being in schoolchildren aged 8-11. Researchers worked with 96 kids who had high anger levels and low mental well-being. The children practiced laughter yoga and reported their emotions using scales and daily mood charts. The goal was to see if this fun activity could help them feel better and behave better in school.
