Summary
This study will test whether a 4-week laughter yoga program can improve self-management and comfort in 80 adults with type 2 diabetes. Participants will attend twice-weekly 40-minute sessions led by a certified facilitator. The goal is to see if this fun, low-cost activity can boost diabetes control and overall well-being.
