First seen Jan 18, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study enrolled 60 Spanish-speaking Latino adults from a church in Chapel Hill to see if an educational session could improve their knowledge of colorectal cancer and willingness to join cancer clinical trials. Participants watched videos in Spanish and completed questionnaires before, right after, and one month later. The goal was to understand what barriers keep Latinos from taking part in cancer research, not to test a treatment.
