Summary
This study is testing whether Latin dance classes can help improve sleep quality for Hispanic cancer survivors who struggle with poor sleep. Researchers will enroll 40 physically inactive Hispanic adults who have finished their main cancer treatment but still experience sleep problems. Participants will either join an 8-week culturally tailored Latin dance program or continue with their usual care, with researchers measuring changes in sleep, fatigue, and quality of life.
