First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 06, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether a fractional carbon dioxide laser can improve moderate to severe acne in adults aged 18 to 40. Participants received up to 3 laser treatments and were followed for changes in blemish count and skin severity. The trial was terminated early and only enrolled 4 people, so results are very limited.
