Summary
This study compares two topical medications—clascoterone cream and adapalene gel—for treating mild acne vulgaris. Researchers will enroll 60 people aged 12 to 35 with mild acne and randomly assign them to use one of the treatments for 12 weeks. The goal is to see which treatment leads to clearer or almost-clear skin, helping doctors make better treatment choices.
