Summary
This study compares three different laser types used during prostate surgery for men with an enlarged prostate (BPH). The goal is to see which laser removes prostate tissue most efficiently and safely. About 159 men aged 50 to 80 who need surgery will take part. Results will help doctors choose the best laser for future patients.
