New ovary-sparing cyst treatment could preserve fertility

Summary
This study tests a less invasive surgery called laparoscopic sclerotherapy for ovarian cysts (endometriomas) caused by endometriosis. The goal is to see if this approach better protects a woman's egg supply (ovarian reserve) compared to the standard surgery that removes the entire cyst. Twenty women with cysts larger than 4 cm will be enrolled, and their ovarian health will be checked before and six weeks after the procedure.
