Summary
This study tests whether the experimental drug LAD328 can reduce symptoms of hidradenitis suppurativa, a chronic skin condition causing painful lumps. About 50 adults with moderate-to-severe disease will receive either LAD328 or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the drug leads to a 55% or greater reduction in disease severity scores.
