New study aims to help Low-Income louisianans shed pounds and boost health

Summary
This study tests a weight loss program for 522 low-income adults with obesity in Louisiana. Participants will receive health coaching, digital self-monitoring tools, and group support to lose weight and improve health. The goal is to see if the program helps people lose weight and keep it off for a year.
