Summary
This study tests whether taking L-tyrosine and caffeine, alone or together, can improve thinking speed, accuracy, and physical performance in elite boxers. Eighteen male boxers will try each supplement and a placebo in random order, with a break between sessions. Researchers will measure reaction times, brain chemicals, and stress markers before and after exercise.
