Summary
This pilot study tests whether stroboscopic vision training glasses can enhance visual and athletic performance in high school softball players. The glasses flicker between clear and opaque, briefly removing visual information to train the connection between eyes, brain, and body. Over a softball season, one group uses the glasses during drills while a control group does standard drills. Researchers measure eye coordination, depth perception, and tracking speed to see if the training makes a difference.
