First seen Mar 28, 2026 · Last updated May 03, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a protein called L-PGDS, found in blood, urine, and vaginal samples, can help diagnose adenomyosis. Adenomyosis is a painful condition where the uterine lining grows into the muscle wall, and diagnosis often requires surgery. Researchers will compare L-PGDS levels in 60 women with and without the condition to see if a simple test could work.
