Summary

This study tested a new drug called KUS121, given as an eye injection, for people who suddenly lost vision due to a blocked artery in the eye (central retinal artery occlusion). The goal was to see if it could safely improve vision compared to a sham procedure. The study included 17 adults who received the injection within 48 hours of vision loss.
