NCT ID NCT00092222

Summary

This study aims to understand and treat a rare, often fatal disorder called KSHV-associated multicentric Castleman's disease, which is caused by a virus and linked to certain cancers. Researchers are testing several experimental drug combinations in 75 adult participants to see if they can better control the disease. The study also tracks the natural course of the illness to learn how it progresses and causes symptoms.
