Summary
This study looked at whether taking krill oil or krill protein can help people aged 60 and older build more muscle after weightlifting. 52 participants did a single session of resistance exercise and then had their muscle-building processes measured. The goal was to see if these supplements could improve muscle strength and size, which could help manage age-related muscle loss.
