Summary

This study tests whether taking krill oil supplements for 12 weeks can improve muscle strength and function in adults with long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or arthritis. Thirty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either krill oil or a placebo. Researchers will measure grip strength, walking speed, and muscle size at the start and end of the study.
