This phase 3 trial tests whether a newer three-drug combination (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone, or KRd) works better than the current standard (bortezomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone, or VRd) for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
