Personalized cancer vaccine aims to stop deadly recurrence
NCT ID NCT07353645
Summary
This study is testing a new, personalized vaccine designed to teach the immune system to attack leftover cancer cells after surgery. It is for people with colorectal or pancreatic cancer who have a specific genetic change (KRAS mutation) and a high risk of the cancer returning. The main goals are to see if the vaccine is safe, if it triggers a strong immune response, and if it can help keep the cancer from coming back.
