New vaccine combo takes on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of a vaccine targeting mutant KRAS proteins and two immunotherapy drugs (balstilimab and botensilimab) in adults with advanced colorectal or pancreatic cancer that has not responded to first-line chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the treatment can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 54 participants will be enrolled.
