Summary
This study is testing new drug combinations for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. It focuses on patients with non-small cell lung cancer or colorectal cancer who have already tried standard treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if these combinations can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
