This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called KQB365 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have KRAS G12S or G12C mutations and haven't responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if KQB365 alone or combined with other drugs can shrink tumors.
