Can ancient korean therapies ease modern back pain?

Summary
This study is observing whether a combination of traditional Korean medicine treatments can safely reduce pain and improve mobility for people with chronic low back pain or sciatica. It will follow 110 patients receiving treatments like acupuncture, herbal medicine, and manual therapy for up to 5 years. The main goal is to see if these integrative methods help patients walk farther with less pain and improve their daily life.
