New combo therapy targets hard-to-treat KRAS cancers

Summary

This study tests a new drug called JDQ443, given with other treatments, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and can shrink or control the cancer. About 74 adults with lung or colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments will take part.
