This study looked at how well adults with obesity or complicated overweight can stick with different very-low-calorie ketogenic diets. Participants chose one of four diet types, ranging from natural foods to meal replacements, and followed a 26-week program. The goal was to see which diet people tolerated best, with fewer side effects and higher satisfaction, to help guide better weight management choices.
