Which keto diet works best? study tracks Real-World results

NCT ID NCT07389122

Summary

This study followed 110 adults with obesity or overweight plus liver disease to see how well they could stick to different versions of a very-low-calorie ketogenic diet in regular medical care. Participants chose from four diet plans that varied in how much they used natural foods versus meal replacements. Researchers tracked how easy the diets were to follow, side effects, and whether people dropped out, aiming to help doctors and patients pick the most manageable option.
