Summary
This study aims to find the best way to manage pain after knee replacement surgery. Researchers are comparing two different nerve block techniques (iPACK and BiFeS) when used with a standard pain control method. The goal is to see which combination provides better pain relief, improves recovery quality, and helps patients get moving sooner after surgery.
