This study compared two physical therapy techniques—hold-relax and muscle energy—to see which better reduces pain and improves knee movement in people with stiff knees after a fracture. 68 adults aged 18-35 who had healed fractures took part. Both techniques aim to ease discomfort and help the knee function better.
