New nerve block technique tested for knee surgery pain relief
NCT ID NCT07320833
Summary
This study compared two different nerve block techniques for managing pain after knee replacement surgery. Researchers tested whether a newer method called PASC block works as well as a standard combination of nerve blocks. They measured how much pain medication patients needed in the first 24 hours after surgery and tracked pain levels and side effects.
