First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study compares two types of exercise programs—functional stabilization training and comprehensive corrective exercises—to see which better improves knee alignment and reduces pain in people with patellofemoral pain syndrome. Researchers will enroll 60 adults aged 18-35 who have had knee pain for over 6 weeks and show signs of knee collapse during movement. The goal is to find the most effective exercise approach to ease symptoms and improve function.
