New nerve block technique may improve recovery after knee replacement

Summary
This study compares two different nerve block methods (iPACK and BiFeS) for pain relief after total knee replacement surgery. 74 adults having knee replacement will receive one of the two blocks along with a standard adductor canal block. The goal is to see which approach leads to better overall recovery, less pain, and faster return to movement.
