This study follows 50 adults who had surgery for a broken shinbone to see if changes in the kneecap tendon's stiffness relate to knee pain. Researchers use a special ultrasound before and up to 6 months after surgery. The goal is to better understand why some people develop front knee pain after this common procedure.
