Summary
This study tests whether injecting a patient's own fat tissue along with hyaluronic acid into one knee works better than fat alone in the other knee. One hundred adults with painful knee osteoarthritis will receive both treatments, and researchers will compare pain, stiffness, and function over time. The goal is to see if the combination offers extra relief without added risks.
