Summary

This study looks at 100 people having surgery to repair two knee ligaments (ACL and ALL) after a tear. Surgeons will fix the ALL graft either with the knee straight (0°) or slightly bent (30°). The goal is to see if the angle affects knee stability, function, or the chance of re-injury over two years. Results will help guide surgical technique.
