Summary
This study tested a new drug called KN060 against a standard blood thinner (enoxaparin) to see which works better at preventing dangerous blood clots after total knee replacement surgery. About 241 adults aged 18 to 75 who were having knee replacement took part. The goal was to compare how well each drug prevented clots and how safe they were.
