Summary
This phase 1 trial tests a new cell therapy called KITE-753 for adults with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that has come back or not responded to standard treatments. KITE-753 is made from a patient's own immune cells, which are modified to recognize and attack leukemia cells carrying either CD19 or CD20 proteins.
