Phone app aims to ease the mind for those with schizophrenia

Summary
This study is testing whether a new smartphone app called Kiso Mind is practical and helpful for people living with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. About 60 participants will either use the app alongside their usual care or receive only their usual care for 12 weeks. Researchers want to see if people find the app easy to use and if it helps with symptoms, daily functioning, and overall well-being.
