Summary

This study tested whether kinesiology tape, applied to the back and shoulders, can reduce pain and improve posture, balance, and breathing in people with ankylosing spondylitis. 63 adults with the condition took part. The tape was compared with routine home exercises to see if it offered extra benefits.
