Summary
This study looks at whether putting a special tape on the diaphragm (the main breathing muscle) can help trained athletes get more out of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Thirty healthy, fit adults aged 18-35 will do an 8-week cycling HIIT program, with half also getting the tape before each session. Researchers will measure changes in aerobic capacity, anaerobic power, balance, and lung function to see if the tape offers extra benefits.
