Summary
This study follows 150 adults waiting for a kidney transplant to see how their physical and emotional health changes over time. Researchers will use a mobile app and interviews to track frailty—like loss of strength—and quality of life. The goal is to catch health declines early and improve support so patients are stronger when surgery day comes.
