Tracking a hidden clue to kidney transplant success

NCT ID NCT07374484

Summary

This study followed 241 kidney transplant patients to see if tracking a specific antibody (AT1R-Ab) in their blood before and after surgery could help predict how well the new kidney would work. Researchers measured antibody levels at several points over a year and checked for signs of kidney rejection or poor function. The goal is to find better ways to spot patients at risk for transplant problems early on.
