Summary
This study aims to understand why some people develop kidney stones after gastric bypass surgery. Researchers will look at how diet and sex influence urine chemistry. About 28 participants who are scheduled for bariatric surgery will follow a special diet for six days and provide urine samples during three clinic visits. The goal is to identify risk factors that could help prevent kidney stones in the future.
