First seen Mar 26, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study follows 300 preterm and full-term infants from birth to age 10 to understand how early birth affects kidney and heart health. Researchers use ultrasound and blood/urine tests to find early warning signs of kidney injury or high blood pressure. The goal is to identify at-risk children early so future disease might be prevented.
