Summary
This study aims to understand if taking a ketone supplement before bed affects sleep quality and breathing in healthy adults. Researchers will give 20 volunteers two different doses of the supplement and measure their sleep patterns and ketone levels at home. The goal is to gather basic information on how the body tolerates the supplement and if it influences sleep, not to treat any sleep disorder.
