Summary

This study tests whether a daily ketone ester drink can reduce liver fat and improve blood sugar control in adolescents aged 18-25 with obesity and metabolic fatty liver disease (MASLD). Participants are randomly assigned to receive either the ketone drink or a placebo for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple dietary supplement can help manage liver disease and metabolic health.
