First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 22, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study is testing if a drink containing ketones (Ketone-IQ), taken before bed, can improve sleep quality and reduce the severity of obstructive sleep apnea. Researchers want to see if this is an easier alternative to following a strict ketogenic diet. The study will involve 30 adults with moderate-to-severe sleep apnea who already use a CPAP machine.
